SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF DISCIPLINARY/PROTOCOLS SUPERVISORY OFFICERS FOR STATE MEETING

Dear Officer,
We are aware that there has been a huge drop in standard amidst the Corps, especially in compliance with meeting attendance and etiquette. To this end, *A'Coy Supreme COUNCIL* has resolve:
1. That a 3-man committee of Disciplinary/Protocols Supervisory Officers be appointed at the last state meeting and their names are
A) CDT DSP LIASU TOHEEB (OC EACOED) - 08139516416
B) CDT ASP1 BALOGUN SAMUEL (APATA) - +234 902 012 6007.
C) CDT ASP 2 AMOS AKINYOOLA (EGBEDA) - +234 816 428 9577
2. That they are to be in charge of *ALL* officers of the coy and other eligible to attend state meetings and checkmate their conduct at the meeting.
3. That any officer who will be unable to attend the meeting should call them and state their reason(s).
4. That any officer that intend to attend the meeting on *MUFTY* should call them and state reason(s).
5. That the appointed officers shall be reporting directly to the SUPREME COUNCIL before the Commencement of each meeting or not later than 15 minutes after the commencement of each meeting.
6. That until such a time when the Supreme COUNCIL positively considers this, *ALL* personnel of the COY shall continue to operate as it's currently obtainable.
7. That any Officer who cannot cope with this development should approach the SUPREME COUNCIL with tenable reason(s).
